These terms cover your use of this website and the free 15-minute review. Paid work is covered by a separate written quote that you accept before any work starts; if the two ever conflict, the quote wins.

The website

Articles, case studies and other content on this site are general information about websites and online advertising. They are not advice for your specific business. Platform rules change often; where a note relies on Meta’s or Google’s rules, it links to their documentation, which is the authority.

The free review

The free 15-minute review is an informal conversation. There is no obligation to buy anything. To look at your account I may ask for view-only access, which you can remove at any time.

Results

Advertising results depend on many things outside anyone’s control: your offer, prices, competition, seasons, platform changes and how quickly leads are answered. Case studies show what happened in specific accounts and are not a promise of the same results. I don’t guarantee rankings, leads or sales.

Ad spend and accounts

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or another platform, separately from my fee. Ad accounts, analytics, domains and website code are kept in your name.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and code of this site belong to Vinod G. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and Google Ads are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe services.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that result from relying on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
